FAQ

  • Processing Time 2-3 days unless otherwise noted.
  • We will pack with utmost care, treating the plant(s)/item(s) as if we were to receive them. 

 

SHIPPING

  • Shipping out of California via UPS or USPS, depending on the item(s) size.
  • Shipping live plants on Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays.
  • It is BUYER's responsibility to check their local weather as this may affect the life and condition of their plant.
    • We do not ship if 90F+ or above. Please contact me before I ship your plant about holding until weather improves.
  • Leaves are carefully wrapped in polyfil or newspaper, then the plants are bundled in paper sheets and secured to the box.
  • Your plant may undergo shipping stress, which can result in yellowing, wilting, or leaf loss. However, there is no need to worry as the plant should be able to recover. (Please note that we are not responsible for any damages related to shipping, including delays.)

 

  • Please avoid transplanting the newly arrived plant right away, as this can introduce additional stress. We recommend waiting at least 2 weeks. 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. 

If you have any concerns about the condition of your plant upon arrival, please take photographs within 4 hours of delivery receipt and contact us.
